My goal is to help you to help yourself, breaking through safely with you always in control, to achieve long lasting effective results. I am currently successfully working with people with issues ranging from wanting to lose weight naturally and long term, stopping smoking naturally, anxiety and stress related issues, bad habits, self confidence and self esteem problems, and people looking for clarity and direction within their lives, amongst many others . All of these issues i currently help people with using Hypnosis and NLP techniques' AcupunctureAcupuncture is an ancient system of healing developed over thousands of years in China. The Chinese realised that their health and wellbeing were very connected to the environment they lived in and to the elements surrounding them. Consequently peoples' symptoms were never treated in isolation. Instead, the root of the illness would be worked with, treating the person as a whole. The basis of acupuncture is that the body has an energy force running throughout it, known as Qi. The Qi consists of all essential life activities, which include the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life.Click here for more information and to make appointments Aromatherapy An ancient therapeutic treatment involving the use massage with
essential oils, individually blended for each person to attain physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual health equilibrium. A wide variety
of techniques are used in the treatment including lymph drainage,
spinal and facial pressure points. Essential oils can be used to
soothe and calm relieving stress or stress related disorders or
to stimulate and uplift. Oils can aid circulation, rejuvenate the
skin, balance the hormones, relieve digestive and respiratory disorders
and combat aches and pain. As the immune system is boosted ailments
are not only treated but can be prevented too. Craniosacral Therapy Craniosacral therapy is a subtle and profound healing form. In
a typical session you will lie down fully clothed on a treatment
couch and the therapist will use a light gentle touch. Craniosacral
Therapy can be used to treat a wide variety of disorders but is
most well-known for treating problems involving the spine and for
emotional healing. A craniosacral therapy session is a deeply relaxing
experience and results in an increased sense of well-being. Craniosacral
therapy is so gentle that it is suitable for babies and children.

Integral Therapy Massage Denise studied all forms of massage to a particularly high level
during her 5 years of osteopathic training and brings 30 years of
experience to her treatments. Some of the many conditions that can
be treated include back pain; neck and shoulder tension, arthritis;
rheumatism; stress and tension; mental and physical fatigue; poor
circulation; digestive problems; headaches and migraine. Reflexology Reflexology is a simple, natural and harmless way to health which
involves the skilled application of pressure to specific points
on the feet (and/or hands) to restore balance to the body. Reflexology
can be used to obtain relief from all kinds of conditions from general
stress to specific health disorders often even when conventional
medicine has failed. Health problems may be detected before they
become serious and disease can be prevented. Mental and physical
tension is released, a state of relaxation is induced and energy
and vitality are restored. ShiatsuThe word “Shiatsu” means “finger-pressure” in Japanese. Sharing its roots with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Shiatsu is a powerful oriental healing art, based on stimulating the flow of ki/chi (life energy) through the simplicity of touch. It is sometimes known as “acupuncture without needles”. Shiatsu is considered an excellent tonic to maintain good health and can help many stress related problems. By addressing energetic distortions or imbalances, Shiatsu can assist in the prevention and treatment of many illnesses including: •back problems Shiatsu embraces various techniques including acupressure, massage, stretches and rotations to smooth the flow of Ki and move the body/mind/spirit towards a more harmonious state. A Shiatsu treatment typically lasts around 50 minutes during which the client wears loose-fitting garments and lays on a futon on the floor. Some aspects of the treatment may cause a little short-lived discomfort or highlight tender areas, often where energy is blocked, but an overall sense of wholeness usually follows. After treatment, clients often feel both relaxed and energised, with a sensation of having woken from restful sleep. In contrast to a symptoms-based approach, Shiatsu emphasises a reconnection and deepening awareness of the dynamic flux of all the energetic qualities of the universe (Tao) to promote good health and vitality. Although there are many styles of Shiatsu, the clear guiding principles
of Zen Shiatsu, founded by Shituzo Masunaga inform most Shiatsu
practice in the UK. His approach incorporates Hara diagnosis (abdominal
palpation), Jitsu/Kyo theory, Makko Ho exercises, extra-meridian
association and pathways and some aspects of western psychology. To discuss Shiatsu treatments please contact Mark Pogson Sound Healing |
