Denise Whichello Brown, BSc, CertEd, MIFPA

Denise Whichello Brown graduated in the early 70's with a BSc and a Certificate of Education and has over 30 years experience of teaching.

In 1987 Denise established the highly successful and world-renowned Beaumont College of Natural Medicine. Students travel from all over the world to study under her expert guidance. Denise has trained students from all walks of life including doctors and is highly respected in the medical profession. Indeed the foreword to her 'Teach Yourself Aromatherapy' book is written by a former student of hers - a consultant paediatrician.

Denise is a highly accomplished practitioner who has carried out tens of thousands of treatments in her career using a combination of therapies. She has successfully worked with a whole host of conditions - physical, emotional and spiritual.

As well as an accomplished practitioner and International lecturer Denise has written more than 20 books on aspects of complementary medicine. She was commissioned to write her first 2 books by major publishers Hodder & Stoughton in 1992 - the Headway Lifeguides 'Massage' and 'Aromatherapy'. Her other books include the immensely popular 'Teach Yourself' series, trusted by over 50 million readers, on Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Detox. Her books have been translated into many languages and she is recognised internationally as a leading authority. Denise's, books are used in many schools and colleges as authoritative student textbooks.

Her latest package 'Teach Yourself Your Evening Class in Complementary Therapies' launched Autumn 2008 comprises over 30 structured lessons in ten workbooks, 10 hours of audio material, video footage of techniques and a reference book.

Students benefit from Denise's personal tuition on all courses. Examination results are excellent — for example — last year ALL students achieved credits and distinctions in ALL examinations.
